• Each installation is custom designed and engineered to meet the specific needs of the client, both acoustically and aesthetically.   As part of the design process, we use the “E.A.S.E.” (Enhanced Acoustic Simulation for Engineers) program to perform an acoustic analysis of the room or the space in which the system will operate.
  
  “E.A.S.E.” is a CAD-based acoustic analysis program in which a model of the room or space is constructed.   Various speaker makes and models can then be placed within the room; power levels, equalization curves and delays can be applied and the results plotted to determine if the proposed system will perform as required.
  
  Based on the results of the analysis, we can tailor the speaker placements and aiming to optimize the room's sound quality and, if needed, suggest modifications or acoustic treatments to enhance or correct the room's acoustic properties.

• When a commercial speaker enclosure will not fit into a space due to size or aesthetic considerations, we will design and build a speaker enclosure that satisfies the client's requirements.   We can also design and build custom wooden equipment racks and desks.   Our custom cabinets and desks are constructed in-house by highly skilled craftsmen.

Installations - Indoor and Outdoor:

• We will meet with you and discuss your needs.


• We will then design, supply and install a Sound System, Performance Lighting System and / or Video / Multi-media Projection and Display system to meet those needs.


• We will also train your personnel in the operation of the equipment.

Training:

• We include training in our installation services.   But if you have new personnel, need a refresher course, or need training on equipment you got elsewhere, we'll be happy to assist.

Upgrades:

• If your existing equipment no longer meets your needs, we'll be happy to meet with you to discuss upgrading, replacing or adding equipment as needed to meet your current and future needs.

Maintenance, Service and Repair:

• We can service and repair all types of production equipment.


• Minor repairs and servicing can be done on-site.   Major repairs will be done at our shop or at the manufacturer's facility.


• We can provide loaner or rental equipment, if needed, while your equipment is being repaired.


• It doesn't matter if the equipment was supplied and / or installed by someone else, we'll work on it!


• We honor all manufacturer's warranties.

We also have a “Maintenance Membership Club.”

• For a small monthly or yearly fee, we will provide preventative maintenance on your equipment.


• Club Members also get reduced rates on Emergency Service Calls.
